At YooFinder Click Tech Store , we want to ensure that your shopping experience is as seamless as the discovery of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 07 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

2. Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase. Please ensure that the order ID is clearly visible on your return request.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Items on “Final Sale.”

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • Approved: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

5. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact our support team at  [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos and vedio of the damage at the time of receiving from courier . We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
